十目余一挺、車台附属御道具とも当地より相送られ候間、その余は右御筒型に倣い大阪において鋳立て致し、台場台車台附属御道具とも出来候様致すべく候

50-me weight and above, 1 gun, along with gun carriage and auxiliary equipment shall be sent from this location. For the remainder, following the model of the said gun type, they shall be cast in Osaka, and battery platforms, gun carriages, and auxiliary equipment shall be completed accordingly.

The above shall be manufactured following Western methods. Particularly, among these, one vessel shall be constructed at this location, and the fixed cannons and auxiliary equipment shall be sent. For the remaining 19 vessels, they shall be manufactured at that location following the same vessel design, and the auxiliary equipment shall be completed accordingly. Once the said reserve boats are completed, first 10 vessels shall be delivered to those in charge of the batteries at both river mouths. As they are completed progressively, 5 vessels shall go to those in charge of defenses around Hyogo, 3 vessels to those in charge of defenses from Nada to Nishinomiya area, and 2 vessels to those in charge of defenses around Sakai-ura. Please take note of this matter.
