渡し、その余は札にて相渡し候様取り計らうべく候。
一、七里ほどの陸路の道程の差別、強いて論じ合わず、およそ天城山を越え候とも差し障るべき人家もこれなき事故、奉行の手限り、簡略に致し置き候様取り計らうべく候。
一、官吏居所の趣き、こちらへ呼び寄せ面会、茶菓子・酒肴指し出し、内座までは通し候儀、見込みの通り取り計らうべく候。
一、諸入用等出方相減じ候後、事実やむを得ざる分は一両年つづく年限に御任せの儀、火急並びに少分の儀は伺いに及ばず取り計らい苦しからず候。
一、官吏私の贈答もやむを得ざる節は贈答致し苦しからず候。
一、通行の節やむを得ず止宿致し候とも、寺院に限り指し免すべき儀、奉行承り届け置かれ候様致すべく候。
一、諸事伺いに及ばず奉行御任せ相成らざれば機会を失い、また権威もこれなく取り扱い向き差し支え候との趣き、下田限りの儀は奉行の権にあるべく候間、向後とも御任せ置き成され候間、精々入念、御国体に関わらず御為によろしき様取り計らうべく候。
