昨辰春中谷田部藤七郎等え相抱り候義ニ而
其役所手切ニ先々申付置候者共此度藤七郎

一、鷲子村宗休等、この度御処置これある候者どもの家人・財産の内、御役付きの品には早々相改め引き上げ指し出すべく候
一、鷲子村友衛門・土左衛門・宗七、高部村次郎左衛門、いずれも震災並びに異船渡来につき献金致し候分は、追々相下げ候条、その旨当人どもへ相達すべく候事
一、先達て欠所致し候藤衛門等所持書類の内、金銭出入帳並びに証拠手形等の類は、当人々へ相下げ申すべき事
昨辰春中、谷田部藤七郎等へ相抱え候義にて、その役所手切りに先々申し付け置き候者ども、この度藤七郎始め抱え人数当申し付け候につきては、右処置方進達取り計らうべき事

1. Regarding Sokyu and others from Washiko Village who have been subjected to official punishment this time: among the household members' and financial assets, items related to official duties should be promptly inspected, confiscated, and submitted.

Yuemon, Dosaemon, and Soshichi from Washiko Village, and Jirosaemon from Takabe Village - all of whom made donations in connection with the earthquake disaster and the arrival of foreign ships - these contributions shall be gradually returned, and this matter should be communicated to the persons concerned.
1. Regarding the documents in possession of Toemon and others who previously had their properties confiscated: account books of monetary transactions,证券 certificates, promissory notes and similar items should be returned to the respective individuals.
Last spring (tatsu year), regarding the matter of employing Tanabe Toshichiro and others, those who were previously assigned to severance from their official positions due to budget cuts, now that Toshichiro and others have been assigned to employment positions, arrangements should be made for reporting on the disposition of these matters.
1. Banishment from Edo and Mito domains, exile - Toichiro, peasant of Nukada Village
The above punishment having been ordered, the designated supervisor should take along the necessary personnel, appear at the prison compound at the sixth hour of dawn on the 11th (tomorrow morning), receive the prisoner, and carry out the exile arrangements as instructed.
