忰介太郎儀常々心得不宜結城寅寿へ致党与
不相済所行有之候而已ならす谷田部藤七郎
家来と称兼而剣術師弟之契約致居候上州之
悪党友五郎ヲ囲ひ置候ニ付去ル寅年七月十
日召捕之者指向候節藤七郎一同捕方之者ヲ
相支え置【見せ消ち「藤」】友五郎え示合両刀を為帯路用を
与え裏口より町家之境ヲ越白昼為逃【見せ消ち「逃」】去候始
末其砌藤七郎申合強情申張取包居候處御糺
明之上ニハ恐入候旨申之立候處奸悪之者へ
相与し候上 上を蔑いたし候所行不届之至
ニ有之候条申付様も雖有之御容赦被遊御役
御扶持給召上其方へ御預被遊候畢竟教戒未
熟故之儀と不調法之至ニ付御役御免小普請
組へ御入被遊候条屹度心ヲ付為相慎置可申

息子介太郎は常々心得が宜しくなく、結城寅寿に党与し不相応な行いがあっただけでなく、谷田部藤七郎の家来と称し、かねてから剣術師弟の契約をしていた上州の悪党友五郎を匿っていた。そのため去る寅年七月十日に捕縛の者を差し向けた際、藤七郎と一緒になって捕方の者を妨害し、友五郎に示し合わせて両刀を帯びさせ路用を与え、裏口より町家の境を越えて白昼逃亡させた次第である。その際藤七郎と申し合わせて強情に申し張り取り繕っていたところ、御取り調べの上では恐れ入った旨を申し立てたが、奸悪の者に加担した上、上を軽んじた行いは不届きの至りである。よって申し付けるべきところではあるが、御容赦により御役・御扶持給を召し上げ、その方にお預けになる。畢竟教戒が未熟故の儀と不調法の至りにつき、御役を御免になり小普請組へお入れになる。よってきっと心を付けて慎んでおくべきものである。
