様相制可申候時宜ニ寄人留不致候而不相
来候義有之節ハ従之者ゟ可及差図候
一往来之人ハ平常之通通行為致候得共立止
り見物致候義ハ勿論総而不作法之義不致
通行妨ケ不相成候様可致候

一横町裏々等ゟ猥ニ立出往還大勢立止り見

一大八車小荷駄馬之類通行之節牽通り候後
ハ町役人共相制為扣候様可致候
一乞食非人之類通り道筋え差出候申間敷候
一町商内物等之義平常之通差出置往還え出
張候義ハ取入可申候但鎗長刀釼甲冑其外
武器之類ハ取入見世先へ差置申間敷候
一逗留中町々火の用心之義別而入念可申候

様相制すべく申し候、時宜により人留めいたさず候ては相成らず候義これ有りの節は、従者より差図に及ぶべく候
一、往来の人は平常の通り通行いたし候得共、立ち止まり見物いたし候義は勿論、総て不作法の義いたさず、通行妨げ相成らず候様いたすべく候
一、町々機敷等を掛け他の者相招き、事々しく見物いたし候義無用たるべく候
一、横町裏々等より猥りに立ち出で、往還大勢立ち止まり見物いたし候義一切いたすまじく候
一、二階物干し火の見などへ登り見物いたし候儀堅く無用
一、通行の節指差し高笑い等いたすまじく候、すべて不行儀義これ無きよういたすべく候
一、大八車小荷駄馬の類通行の節牽き通り候後は、町役人共相制し控えさせ候様いたすべく候
一、乞食非人の類通り道筋へ差し出し申すまじく候
一、町商い内物等の義平常の通り差し出し置き、往還へ出張候義は取り入れ申すべく候、但し槍長刀剣甲冑その外武器の類は取り入れ見世先へ差し置き申すまじく候

Officials should control the situation as appropriate. When circumstances require that people not be stopped, and if there are matters that cannot be resolved, instructions should be given by the attendants.
1. People on the streets should pass through as usual, but standing still to watch is of course forbidden. All improper behavior should be avoided, and nothing should obstruct traffic.
1. It is forbidden for towns to set up scaffolding and invite others to engage in elaborate spectating.
1. It is strictly forbidden for large crowds to come out carelessly from side streets and back alleys to stand and watch on the main roads.
