付而は兼而御内証懸り之儀ニも候得共

（前頁より続き）付いては、かねてより御内証懸り（財政内部担当）の職にもあるが、御用の都合のつく限り御勘定所へ出向き、その取り調べの件はもちろん、御省略筋（節約・倹約に関する事項）とともに、十分に申し談じて、御為（藩のため）に宜しく取り計らうよう仰せ付けられた。
一、同年八月、現在の席のままで、御用所密事勤めという名義に改められ、勤め方の儀はこれまで通りに心得、御用所組頭のもとで差配に関し、一己（個人）に懸かる事項は御用所組頭を通じて申し出るべき旨、仰せ出された。
一、同十四年（丑年）七月、当春の御賞方（褒賞に関する）吟味の件を、一人で精を出してよく取り調べたことにつき、御褒美として、

綿二把を下し置かれた。
一、同年六月、貞鑑院様御入輿の御用を任されて取り調べるよう仰せ付けられた。
一、同年八月、殿様御用任を勤めるよう仰せ付けられた。
一、同月、御長屋割（長屋の割り当て）御用任を勤めるよう仰せ付けられた。
一、文政元年（寅年）三月、数年にわたり精を出して、懸り御用向きに心を用いてよく弁達（処理・遂行）したことにつき、御役料五石（を加増された）。

(Continued from the previous page) In connection with this, although he had already been serving as an official in charge of internal financial matters (御内証懸り), he was ordered to attend the Finance Office (御勘定所) as much as his duties permitted, and not only to conduct the aforementioned investigations, but also to discuss matters of retrenchment and economy (御省略筋) thoroughly, and to manage affairs in a manner beneficial to the domain.
One entry, the eighth month of the same year: While remaining in his current post, his title was changed to "御用所密事勤め" (Confidential Duties Officer of the Administrative Office). He was instructed to continue his duties as before, and that matters falling under the supervision of the Administrative Office Group Leader (御用所組頭) were to be submitted through said Group Leader.
One entry, the seventh month of the fourteenth year (Year of the Ox): In recognition of his diligent and thorough single-handed investigation of matters relating to the spring commendation review (御賞方吟味), he was rewarded as follows:

One entry, the sixth month of the same year: He was appointed and ordered to handle the duties related to the wedding procession (御入輿) of Lady Teikain (貞鑑院様).
One entry, the eighth month of the same year: He was ordered to serve in the lord's general service appointment (殿様御用任).
One entry, the same month: He was ordered to serve in the appointment responsible for the allocation of row-house residences (御長屋割御用任).
One entry, the third month of the first year of Bunsei (Year of the Tiger): In recognition of his many years of diligent service and attentive management of assigned duties (懸り御用向き), he was granted an additional stipend allowance of five koku (御役料五石).
