一、同年九月、徳翁様が御逝去遊ばされるにつき、江戸表へ罷り登るよう仰せ付けられた事

一、同月、徳翁様の御遺物を下し置かれた所、御品は不詳である事
一、同十八年丑年八月、心を付けて出精よく相勤めるにつき、御紋付の御帷子を御前において下し置かれた事
