仰せ付けられた事
一、同七年寅年五月、御膳番見習いを仰せ付けられた事
一、享保八年卯年五月、御膳番仮役を仰せ付けられた事
一、同十一年午年七月、御膳番を仰せ付けられた事
一、同十二年未年四月、紹栴院様が御逝去につき、御表様の御小性平番を仰せ付けられた事
一、同十四年申年四月、御膳番見習いを仰せ付けられた事
一、同月、御下向遊ばされるにつき御供にて罷り下り、御在国中御膳番仮役を仰せ付けられた事
一、同年七月、御納戸払いの御品を下し置かれ、この後年々下し置かれた所、御品は不詳である事
一、同十五年戌年四月、御先番にて罷り登り、翌亥四月、御下向の御供を仕って罷り下った事
