一、同年十月、公方様が西の御丸へいらっしゃることにつき、御能を御見物遊ばされる節、御刀番代を仰せ付けられた事
一、同三年午年五月、御先立ち御勤め筋の儀につき、万端よく申し談じ骨折って相勤めることにつき、御袷一つを下し置かれる旨、有泉五兵衛を以て仰せ渡された
ただし御品は御前において下し置かれた事
一、同年十一月、去る月の文照院様御法事の御先立ち、御着座御習礼の儀につき、日々心を尽くしてよく相勤めることにつき、絹一疋を下し置かれる旨、有賀五兵衛を以て仰せ渡された事
一、同年十二月、よく相勤めることにつき、御褒美として金五百疋を下し置かれた事
