一同年九月奥番御膳番仮役三役
とも御暇以前より辛労致御道
中無覆蔵申合其以後引続精出
宜相勤候ニ付為御褒美生絹弐疋被
下置候事
一同年十一月精出宜相勤候ニ付常
上下被成下格役之者之通詰番被
下置候旨被 仰出候事
一同五申年四月 御参府ニ付御供ニ
而罷登候事

現代語訳
仰せ渡された事
一、同年九月、奥番・御膳番・仮役の三役とも、御暇以前より辛労し、御道中は無覆蔵で申し合わせ、その以後も引き続き精を出してよく相勤めることにつき、御褒美として生絹二疋を下し置かれた事
一、同年十一月、精を出してよく相勤めることにつき、常上下を成し下され、格役の者の通り詰番を下し置かれる旨仰せ出された事
一、同五年申年四月、御参府につき御供にて罷り登った事
一、寛保元年酉年九月、御上京につき御供仕って罷り登り、同十一月御供仕って罷り下った事
一、同二年戌年四月、壺下御巡見の節、御供仕った事
一、同年九月、御参勤の節、日光御参詣を遊ばされる節、御供仕って罷り登った事
