現代語訳
一、延享二年丑年三月、愿彰院様の御附を仰せ付けられた事
一、同年十月、御叙爵を仰せ出され、御祝儀として銀子二枚を下し置かれた事
一、同三年寅年三月、役名を御改めになり、御用人を仰せ付けられ、且つ御書簡方の儀も兼勤するよう仰せ出された事
一、寛延三年巳年三月、荒川登と私の両人にて、一人ずつ年番で御内證方任元〆役の考料の筋を厚く吟味の上、御分規相応の矩を相計らうよう、重役熟談の上で取り計らい、御部屋会所へ折節出座仕り、役人の取り計らいを見届けるべき旨を、愿彰院様より仰せ出された事
一、同三年午年四月、宣明院様御誕生の任役を仰せ付けられ、よく相勤めることにつき、御袷一つを愿彰院様の御前にて下し置かれた事
一、同年五月、去月上野にて初めて供奉の御勤めを遊ばされたところ、差働きよく取り計らうことにつき

One: Same third year, year of the horse, fourth month, was appointed to duties for the birth of Lord Senmyōin, and for serving well was granted one lined kimono in the presence of Lord Ganshōin
