人扶持下し置かれ候
但し美濃守様よりも此後御召し物金
銀等度々下し置かれ候事

労もいたし且つ御留守中之儀も諸
事心を附け御先様御振合い宜しき様猶又
取計い候様仍つて旁御褒美として御召し古
麻御上下壱具下し置かれ候事

直蔵養子ニ仕り度旨任せ願われ候事

現代語訳
次の御小姓の上に仰せ付けられ、輪光院様御付きを仰せ付けられ遣わされた旨を仰せ出された事
一、同二年酉年四月、稲葉丹後守様より十五人扶持を下し置かれた
ただし美濃守様よりもこの後御召し物・金銀等を度々下し置かれた事
一、同月、輪光院様御入輿の前後にあれこれ出精・辛労もし、かつ御留守中の儀も諸事心を付け、御先様の御振る舞いが宜しきように、なお又取り計らうようにということで、ひとえに御褒美として御召し古麻の御上下一具を下し置かれた事
一、同三年戌年十二月、町田次郎右衛門次男直蔵を養子にしたい旨をお任せ願った事
一、同四年亥年十二月、精出して相勤めたことにつき、御褒美として銀子三枚を下し置かれた事

One: Same third year, year of the dog, twelfth month, requested permission to adopt Naozō, the second son of Machida Jirōemon, as his heir
