付き御褒美として綿三把下し置かれ候事
一同年七月表向き勤め致し且つ壱人ニて骨
折り相勤め候二付き御内々御召し古御帷子下し
置かれ候
但し右之外御召し古品々下し置かれ候処

一同年十一月冬御裾一ツ御奴袴一腰

二付き下し置かれ候事
一享和元酉年十二月こ御装束方年中
引き通り御品取り始末等宜しく相勤め候二付き綿弐

つき御褒美として綿三把を下し置かれた事
一、同年七月、表向きの勤めを行い、かつ一人で骨
折って勤めたことにつき、御内々で御召し古御帷子を下し
置かれた
但し、右の外にも御召し古の品々を下し置かれたが、
御品については詳細不明である事
一、同年十一月、冬御裾一つ、御奴袴一腰、
冬御裾一つ、夏御裾一つなど、御用に立つ御品に
つき下し置かれた事
一、享和元年酉年十二月、御装束方として年中
引き続き御品の取扱い・始末等を宜しく勤めたことにつき、綿二
把を下し置かれた事
一、同二年戌年五月、御召し古御装束の御品を
貞昭様より御内々で下し置かれた
但し、この後も
御同人様より御内々にて度々下し置かれたが、
その御品については詳細不明である事
一、同年十二月、出精して勤めたことにつき、御役
料三十石を下し置かれた事
