仰せ付けられ壱人ハ御部屋御次〆リ
として宿番仰せ付けられ尤も宿番之

右所不時之節物頭勤め仰せ付けられ候

貞昭様御在国中、半年ずつ御刀番の勤めを
仰せ付けられ、一人は御部屋御次の締めくくり
として宿番を仰せ付けられ、もっとも宿番の
者も折々御供を勤めるよう仰せ付けられた

一、同年右の通り十月、芥川新八が御刀番の勤めを行っている間、
右の通り不時の節に物頭の勤めを仰せ付けられた

一、同年十一月、御装束方御省略方任せ
役を仰せ付けられ、この度非常の御省略が
仰せ出されたことについては、御省略の筋を細かく吟味し、
格別に御入用を減少させるよう取り計らう旨が
仰せ出された事
一、文化元年子年十一月、御装束方任せ役を
仰せ付け置かれたところ、年中御手入れ等を行った間、不時に
麻の御上下を下し置かれた
但し、この後も度々下し置かれた
