仰せ付けられ候ニ付 御目見

相勤め候労致し候ニ付御帷子壱重
下し置かれ候事
一同八未年八野村忠次郎上ケ屋
敷下し置かれ候事
一同十二亥年十二月三ノ丸教場稽古之
儀御旗之者とも懸ケ引なと等相揃え当年
上等ニ相進み候段出精差し図ニ及び候故之
儀と思召され候段仰せ出でられ候

一同十三子年四月八日五十七歳ニて病死
現代語訳
一、同五年辰年正月、蝦夷地の御国御用を
仰せ付けられたことにつき、御目見えを
仰せ付けられ、御流れを頂戴した（御酒を下し置かれ、同月出立して罷り越した）事
一、（同年九月、御国御用が相済んで帰陣したことにつき、旅服のまま御目見えを
仰せ付けられた事）
同年十二月、今度蝦夷地の御国御用に
差し遣わされた重軽並びに介添えの者たちが、海陸の
往来をはじめ、かの地において数日勤労したことで
あったが、今度の御用が滞りなく相済み、残らず帰陣
したことにつき、御城において御料理を下し置かれた

一、同六年巳年八月、蝦夷地警固御用に
勤めた労をしたことにつき、御帷子一重を
下し置かれた事
一、同八年未年八月、野村忠次郎の上屋敷を
下し置かれた事
一、同十二年亥年十二月、三の丸教場稽古の
件で、御旗の者どもが掛け引きなど相揃え、当年
上等に相進んだ段は、出精して指図に及んだ故の
事と思し召される段を仰せ出された

一、同十三年子年四月八日、五十七歳にて病死

One: Same 5th year, year of the dragon, first month, was appointed to official duties in Ezo (Hokkaido) territory, and accordingly was granted an audience and received the lord's beneficence (sake was bestowed, and departed in the same month to proceed there)
One: (Same year, ninth month, having completed the official duties and returned to base, was granted an audience while still in travel attire)
Same year, twelfth month, the high and low ranking officials as well as attendants who were dispatched for official duties in Ezo territory endured hardships including sea and land travel, and served for many days in that place. Since the current official duties were completed without delay and all returned to base, a meal was bestowed at the castle
One: Same 6th year, year of the snake, eighth month, for the labor of serving in Ezo territory guard duty, one summer garment (katabira) was bestowed
One: Same 8th year, year of the sheep, eighth month, was granted Nomura Chūjirō's upper residence
One: Same 12th year, year of the boar, twelfth month, regarding training at the Sannomaru training ground, the banner corps members assembled for tactical exercises and such, and advanced to superior level this year. It was declared that this was considered to be due to diligent efforts in instruction
One: Same 13th year, year of the rat, fourth month, eighth day, died of illness at age fifty-seven
