一文化死地午年三月親願之通り初めて之
御目見仰せ付けられ候事
一同十三子年六月諸式御知行弐百
五拾石御相違無く下し置かれ芸術修
行之為一ノ小普請組外様士ニ仰せ付けられ候

一同十四丑年三月武学寮へ懈怠無く
出精相励み年齢より業上達致し候
ニ付御褒美として綿二把下し置かれ候事
一同年九月武芸出精致し極々業も
相聞け候ニ付御家老附き三番組外様士
