一、同年九月、御上京御供を仰せ付けられ、御上下の御供を仕った事
一、同年十一月、初陣であるけれども精を出して良く勤めた段を仰せ出された事
一、同月、御下向の御供にて下向した事
一、同二年戌年八月、当努めを精出して良く勤めたにつき、これまでの御切符を御知行百石に御直し下し置かれた事
一、同年三月、御供勤番のため参上した事
一、同年九月、陣中で精出して良く勤めたにつき、銀子三枚を下し置かれた事
一、同月、愿彰院様より御古の御小袖を下し置かれた事
