一、土常様の御形代様が御下向なさるにつき、お守りして下向するよう仰せ付けられた事
一、同年、陣中で精出して良く勤めたにつき、御褒美として銀子三枚を下し置かれた事
一、同年十月、御形代様の御慎みにお仕えして下向した事
一、同七丑年四月、江戸勤番のため参上した事
一、同年八月、江戸において御目付仮役を仰せ付けられた事
一、同年十月、陣中で精出して勤めたにつき、御褒美として銀子三枚を下し置かれた
ただし、御納戸勤め中に御納戸払いの御召物品々を下し置かれたが、その品は詳細不明である事
一、同九卯年三月、願いの通り御役を御免となり、組付きを仰せ付けられ、高橋小右衛門組に入って御城の御番を勤めた事
一、同十三未年十月、願いの通り倅の門七が御番代を仰せ付けられた事
一、明和八卯年十二月六日、七十二歳にて病死、法名は却外寿山居士、葬所は大宝山建福寺

- Lord Dojo's ceremonial substitute was to descend from Edo, so he was ordered to escort and protect him during the return journey
- In the same year, having served diligently and well during the campaign, he was granted three pieces of silver as a reward
- In the tenth month of the same year, he descended from Edo serving the ceremonial substitute during his period of confinement
- In the fourth month of Horeki 7, year of the ox (1757), he went up to Edo for guard duty
- In the eighth month of the same year, he was appointed as provisional inspector (metsuke) in Edo

Note: During his service in the lord's wardrobe office, he was granted various discarded garments from the wardrobe, but the details of these items are unknown
- In the third month of Horeki 9, year of the rabbit (1759), as petitioned, he was relieved of his official duties and assigned to a unit, entering Takahashi Koemon's unit to serve in castle guard duty
- In the tenth month of Horeki 13, year of the sheep (1763), as petitioned, his son Monshichi was appointed as his guard duty substitute
- On the sixth day of the twelfth month of Meiwa 8, year of the rabbit (1771), he died of illness at the age of seventy-two; his posthumous Buddhist name was Kyakugai Juzan Koji, and he was buried at Daihozan Kenpukuji Temple
