妻 養父門七安村女 明和三戌年誕生
一寛政五丑年十一月親願之通初めて之
御目見仰せ付けられ候事
一同年十二月親願之通御番代外様組付
仰せ付けられ 御城御番相勤め候
但し杉田五郎兵衛弟ニ付梶原典膳組へ組
替え仰せ付けられ候事
一同六寅年十一月跡式御知行百五拾石御相違無く
下し置かれ候事
一同七卯年九月追鳥狩之節罷り出で候
但し此後六度罷り出で内壱度獲拝領仕り候事
一同年十二月当追鳥狩之節組士足並等滞り無く
相揃い兼ねて出精いたし候儀と思召され候旨
相組一同御称美成し下され候
但し此後毎度御称美成し下され候事
一文化元子年十二月与力支配兼務
仰せ付けられ候事

実父 杉田五郎兵衛忠臣の次男
妻 養父門七安村の娘 明和3年（1766年）誕生
一 寛政5年（1793年）11月、親の願い通り初めて
御目見を仰せ付けられた件
一 同年12月、親の願い通り御番代外様組付きを
仰せ付けられ、御城御番を相勤めた
ただし杉田五郎兵衛の弟であるため梶原典膳組へ組
替えを仰せ付けられた件
一 同6年（1794年）11月、跡式御知行150石を相違なく
下し置かれた件
一 同7年（1795年）9月、追鳥狩の際に参加した
ただしこの後6度参加し、そのうち1度獲物を拝領した件
一 同年12月、当追鳥狩の際、組士足並み等に滞りなく
相揃い、兼ねて出精したことと思召され、
相組一同御称美を成し下された
ただしこの後毎度御称美を成し下された件
一 文化元年（1804年）12月、与力支配兼務を
仰せ付けられた件
一 同4年（1807年）11月、蝦夷地御固め御用のため出向

Item: In the 11th month of Kansei 5 (1793), was granted first audience
with the lord as requested by his parent
Item: In the 12th month of the same year, was appointed to the guard unit for outside vassals
as requested by his parent, and served in castle guard duty
However, being the younger brother of Sugita Gorobee, he was transferred
to Kajiwara Tenzen's unit
Item: In the 11th month of Kansei 6 (1794), was granted hereditary stipend of 150 koku
without any reduction
Item: In the 9th month of Kansei 7 (1795), participated in the bird hunting expedition
He participated six more times after this, receiving game as a gift on one occasion
Item: In the 12th month of the same year, during the bird hunting expedition, his unit's
formation was well-ordered without delay, and his diligence was recognized,
resulting in commendation for the entire unit
He continued to receive such commendations thereafter
Item: In the 12th month of Bunka 1 (1804), was appointed to concurrently supervise
lower-ranking retainers (yoriki)
