節天正十午年甲州寄田内
拾貫文田中内八貫文右本給
之者之為ニ相違有るべからず条
権現様より御朱印頂戴仕るに
今処持ち仕り候其の子半兵衛右何も
来歴不詳候得ば半兵衛儀
最上ニ於いて初めて御家へ御奉公仕り候事
一年月不詳羽州最上ニ於いて御知行百石
下し置かれ召し出され御近習之御奉公
仕り候事
一寛永二十未年八月会津へ御所
替え之節御供仕り並み之御加増五拾
石下し置かれ候事
一年月不詳不調法之儀之在り御暇下し
置かれ候事
一万治二亥三月帰参
仰せ付け置かれ七両四人扶持下し置かれ

英語訳
According to records, in Tenshō 10 (1582), in Kōshū Yorita area,
10 kan-mon, in Tanaka area 8 kan-mon, for the right original stipend
holder, there should be no discrepancy in this matter.
Having received a vermillion seal from Gongen-sama (Tokugawa Ieyasu),
he still holds it at present. His son Hanbē, regarding all the above,
since the background is unclear, concerning Hanbē,
he first served the house in Mogami.
一Date unknown: In Ushū Mogami, he was granted a 100-koku stipend
and was summoned to serve as a close attendant
一Kan'ei 20 (1643), 8th month: During the relocation to Aizu,
he accompanied [his lord] and received an additional 50
koku stipend

he was granted leave/dismissal
一Manji 2 (1659), 3rd month: He was ordered to return to service
and granted 7 ryō and rations for 4 people,
summoned to serve Ishihiko-sama

directly granted to him
