一寛政七卯年八月親願い之通
御番代仰せ付けられ候事
一同年九月追鳥狩ニ罷り出で候
但し此後七度罷り出で壱度一番獲
仕り 御前ニ於いて銀銭五文下し置かれ
内弐度獲拝領仕り候事
一同年十二月当追鳥狩之節列
伍之次第別して相揃え兼ねて内習をも
出精致し候儀と思召され候旨相組
一同御称美成し下され候
但し此後毎度御称美成し下され候事
一同十一戌年十二月三ノ丸教場幷
本郷合隊稽古列伍足並等
相揃え上等ニ相遂げ候段出精致し候儀と
思召され候旨相組一同御称美成し
下され候事
一同十四丑年八月家督御知行百
石御相違無く下し置かれ候事
一同年十月探練出精宜しく相勤め候
