宿割被 仰付御先へ罷下候事

一同年八月南山御巡見之節御供

一正徳二辰年八月只今迄之御擬作御
知行百石ニ御直被下置候事
一同三巳年十二月痛所御座候ニ付願
之上御供不仕表御広間御番相勤

一同四午年七月永々病気ニ付御役御
免被成下置度且倅織之助儀御番
代之願をも申上度候へとも若輩
者ニ御座候間病気養生仕候内無足

若殿様へ如何体ニも被 召仕被下
度旨願申上候処願之通
紹栴院様御小性ニ被 仰付候事
現代語訳
宿割を仰せ付けられ、御先へ下向した事
一、同十七年申年四月、御供として立ち帰りのため登城した事
一、宝永二年酉年七月、江戸常詰を仰せ付けられ、同年十月に引越して登城した事
一、同年八月、南山御巡見の節に御供を仕った事
一、正徳二年辰年八月、只今まで下されていた御擬作御知行を百石の御直しに下し置かれた事
一、同三年巳年十二月、痛む所があるため願い出て、御供を仕らず、表御広間の御番を相勤めた事
一、同四年午年七月、永らく病気のため御役を御免になし下し置いていただきたく、且つ倅織之助の儀、御番代の願いも申し上げたく候えども、若輩者であるため、病気養生仕る間は無足にて若殿様へいかなる体にも召し仕えられ下されたい旨を願い申し上げた所、願いの通り、紹栴院様の御小性に仰せ付けられた事

One: Same 17th year, year of the monkey, fourth month, went up to the capital to perform escort duty for the return journey
One: Hōei 2, year of the rooster, seventh month, was appointed to permanent duty in Edo, moved and went up in the tenth month of the same year
One: Same year, eighth month, performed escort duty during the inspection tour of Nanzan
One: Shōtoku 2, year of the dragon, eighth month, the temporary stipend (gisaku chigyo) granted until now was changed to a direct grant of 100 koku
One: Same 3rd year, year of the snake, twelfth month, due to having a painful condition, petitioned and did not perform escort duty, but served guard duty at the front reception hall (omote ohiroma)
One: Same 4th year, year of the horse, seventh month, due to prolonged illness, petitioned to be relieved of official duties, and also wished to petition for his son Orinosuke to serve as a substitute guard, but since he was a young person, during his convalescence he requested to serve the Young Lord in any capacity without stipend, whereupon his petition was granted and [his son] was appointed as page (koshō) to Lord Shōsenin
