初織之助 又喜内隠居 後如風

紹栴院様御小性ニ被 召出候事

一、正徳四年午年七月、親の願いの通り紹栴院様の御小性に召し出された事
一、同年十一月、喜内と改名したい旨を願い出て許可された事
一、享保二年酉年九月、諸式御知行百石を相違なく下し置かれ、只今まで通り御小性を相勤めるよう仰せ付けられた事
一、同五年子年二月、願いの通り本元服が許可された
