尊富士権現は 土御門天皇の勅によりて駿河の浅間(せんげん)大
神の神職此地に勧請(くわんじやう)して造営ありしなり中世前津小
林の城主牧与三左衛門尉源長清富士権現を崇信(さうしん)して
七度参詣の志願を発(おこ)し三度駿河に下りて登山あ
りしが晩年に及びて遠路に堪(たへ)がたく残る四度を此
社に詣(まう)でゝ其願をはたせし故其 砌(みぎり)当社再営ありし
とぞまた信長公の家臣村瀬左馬助の末孫 修験(しゆげん)とな
りて大円坊といひしか大乗院及び此院を兼帯(けんたい)住持
せし其子宝寿院 国君より当社の地を拝領し清寿

本尊富士権現は、土御門天皇の勅によって駿河の浅間大神の神職がこの地に勧請して造営したものである。中世、前津小林の城主牧与三左衛門尉源長清は富士権現を崇信して七度参詣の志願を発し、三度駿河に下って登山したが、晩年に及んで遠路に耐えがたく、残る四度をこの社に詣でてその願を果たした。そのため、その時に当社の再営があったという。また信長公の家臣村瀬左馬助の末孫が修験となって大円坊といったが、大乗院及びこの院を兼帯住持した。その子宝寿院は、国君より当社の地を拝領し清寿

Fujisan Kannonji Seijuin Temple《Interlinear note: Located on the west side of the same town. It belongs to the Sambōin branch of Daigo in Yamashiro Province and serves as the leader of mountain ascetics (shugenja) in the two provinces of Owari and Mino》
The principal deity, Fuji Gongen, was established when, by imperial decree of Emperor Tsuchimikado, Shinto priests of the Sengen Shrine in Suruga province invited the deity to this place and built the shrine. In medieval times, Maki Yozaemon-no-jō Minamoto no Nagakiyo, lord of Maetsu Kobayashi Castle, revered Fuji Gongen and made a vow to make seven pilgrimages. He went down to Suruga three times to climb the mountain, but in his later years, unable to endure the long journey, he fulfilled his remaining four visits by worshipping at this shrine. Therefore, it is said that the shrine was renovated at that time. Also, a descendant of Murase Samanosuke, a retainer of Lord Nobunaga, became a mountain ascetic called Daienbo and served as the joint head priest of both Daijōin and this temple.
