清浄￣ナル衆庶之殿富闤闠之交
易爾乃山之奇則奚￣ンソ翅一凹
一凸￣ノミナラン哉矚＿二￣メ目￣ヲ乎此＿一￣ニ以愛＿二其翠
黛画屏＿一￣ヲ採＿二￣ツテ觚￣ヲ於彼＿一￣ニ而写＿二其
錦繍之心腸＿一￣ヲ者昉＿二￣ツテ于古人＿一￣ニ而全＿二￣タシ
乎今人＿一￣ニ焉水之美￣モ亦豈啻円折

清浄である。衆庶は殷富で、闤闠（市場）は交易で賑わっている。さて、山の奇観といえば、どうして単に一つの凹凸に過ぎないだろうか。この景色に目を注いで、その翠黛（青緑の山々）を画屏のように愛で、觚（筆）を手に取ってその錦繍のような心情を写し取る者は、古人に始まって今人に至るまで絶えることがない。水の美しさもまた、どうして単なる円い流れや曲がりくねった流れ

pure and clean. The multitude of people are prosperous and wealthy, and the markets bustle with commerce and trade. Now, as for the wonders of the mountains, how could they be merely simple undulations and irregularities? Those who gaze upon these vistas with loving eyes, admiring the blue-green peaks like painted screens, taking up the brush to capture their brocade-like sentiments, began with the ancients and continue unbroken to the present day.
