調て首尾陽たつや宮の春 毎延
《割書： 熱田に詣てゝ｜熱田三歌仙》
さはへなす虻やうたれん神の注蓮 専吟
蓬莱（ほうらい）《割書：内天神社の地を蓬（よもぎ）が島（しま）といふ宗祇の秘中抄に蓬か島とは近江の竹生（ちくぶ）島尾｜張のあつた筑紫（つくし）のしかの島をさしていふさりながら誠は龍宮（りうぐう）也としるせり》
《割書：本朝神社考に本朝￣ニ指為＿二蓬莱＿一者三富士熊野熱田是也とあり又東海瓊｜華集に秦の徐福（ぢよふく）が海に入て三神山に不死の薬を求め海島を得て終に還》

調えて首尾陽立つや宮の春 毎延
熱田に参詣して『熱田三歌仙』より
騒がしい虻も打たれるだろう、神の蓮池で 専吟
蓬莱（ほうらい）
内天神社の地を蓬が島という。宗祇の『秘中抄』に「蓬が島とは近江の竹生島、尾張の熱田、筑紫の志賀島を指していう。しかしながら、真実は龍宮である」と記されている。
『本朝神社考』に「本朝で蓬莱と指すものは三つ、富士・熊野・熱田である」とある。また『東海瓊華集』に「秦の徐福が海に入って三神山で不死の薬を求め、海島を得たが結局帰らなかったのは、この熱田のことである」と記されている。
『貞応海道記』より
熱田宮の御前を過ぎれば、示現利生の垂跡にひざまづいて一心再拝の謹啓に頭を傾ける（云々）。蓬莱の島は見なくとも、不死の薬は取らなくとも、波の上の遊興は一生の歓会である。これは延年の術ではないか。
老いたと心を常に思う人こそ、名を聞く島の薬をも得るだろう

Hōrai (Penglai)
The grounds of Naiten Shrine are called Yomogi Island. In Sōgi's "Secret Commentary" it is recorded: "Yomogi Island refers to Chikubu Island in Ōmi, Atsuta in Owari, and Shika Island in Tsukushi. However, the truth is that it is the Dragon Palace."
In "Consideration of Japanese Shrines" it states: "In Japan, there are three places designated as Hōrai: Fuji, Kumano, and Atsuta." Also, in "Eastern Sea Jeweled Flower Collection" it is recorded: "When Xu Fu of Qin entered the sea to seek the elixir of immortality on the three divine mountains and found sea islands but never returned, this referred to Atsuta."

When passing before Atsuta Shrine, one kneels before the manifestation of divine benefit and bows the head in sincere reverence (etc.). Even without seeing Hōrai Island or obtaining the elixir of immortality, the pleasures upon the waves are life's great joy. Is this not the art of longevity?
Those who constantly worry in their hearts about growing old are the ones who should obtain the medicine of the famed island
