亀崎《割書：乙川村半田村辺より一里余東の方海へ張出（はりいづ）る地にして正面は三州高浜鶴ヶ崎｜に相対し北は境川の下流こゝに入りて初て海となれり又当所の山下に一ッの》

現代語訳
渡れば円月坊と称するべきよしと命じ給ったとのことである《割注：東鑑に文治六年十月廿五日頼朝公大御堂寺に詣で給う事が見えているので、その時ここに立ち寄り給ったのであろう。八月十五日というのは伝承の誤りであろう》本尊《割注：不動明王》客殿《割注：阿弥陀の木像を安置する。慈覚大師の作で、御長三尺余りの座像である》什宝《割注：今、英比の虫供養に用いる阿弥陀の一軸は、もと当寺の什宝であったが、いつの頃からか村々の回り持ちとなっている。霊宝はこの他に数多くあるが、これを省略する》
唐松の井《割注：同村にある。里民が朝夕これを汲む。その水は甚だ清らかである。これは慈覚大師が加持し給った名水であるという。いつも元旦には井中に松影が見えるというが、近辺に松の木はない。人皆これを不思議がるゆえ、虚松の井であるのを、後に唐松の井と呼び習わすようになったのであろう》

When crossing [the bridge], [the monk] was commanded to be called Engetsubō. 《Note: According to the Azuma Kagami, on the 25th day of the 10th month of Bunji 6 (1190), Lord Yoritomo visited the Great Hall temple, so he must have stopped here at that time. The reference to the 15th day of the 8th month is probably an error in transmission》Main deity 《Note: Fudō Myōō》Guest hall 《Note: Houses a wooden statue of Amida Buddha. Karamatsu Well 《Note: Located in the same village. The villagers draw water from it morning and evening. The water is extremely clear. This is said to be sacred water blessed by Jikaku Daishi. It is said that on New Year's Day, the shadow of a pine tree can always be seen in the well, but there are no pine trees nearby. Since everyone finds this mysterious, what was originally the "Phantom Pine Well" (Kyomatsu no I) came to be called the "Chinese Pine Well" (Karamatsu no I)》
Kamezaki 《Note: Located more than one ri east of Otsukawa and Handa villages, projecting into the sea. It faces Takahama Tsurugasaki in Mikawa Province, and to the north, the downstream of the Sakai River enters here and becomes the sea for the first time. Also, at the foot of the mountain here, there is one famous well. Since its water level does not change with hot or cold weather and the water is extremely clear, the entire village draws from it. All other well water is said to have a salty taste and be difficult to use》
Kanzaki Tenjin Shrine 《Note: Located in Kamezaki village. Now called Shinmei. The enshrined deities are Kan-Yamato-Iware-hiko-no-Mikoto and Amaterasu Ōmikami. This is the shrine listed as Junior Third Rank Kanzaki Tenjin in the provincial registry》
