"Then we shall present you with a saddle," and accordingly presented him with a saddle, stirrups, and saddlebag boxes, which are still treasured as temple treasures today. Later, in Tenshō 17 (1589), Japanese pines were planted by the imperial hand in front of the hall, and these are still called the "hand-planted pines," with branches and leaves flourishing exceptionally well. In ancient times there were temple lands, but these were confiscated during Hideyoshi's time. Also, when Lord Tokugawa Ieyasu went hunting at Chita Bay, he stayed at this temple for several days and restored the temple lands as before, which remains evident to this day. Recently, beginning with one Oguri from Handa Village, all the parishioners gathered together to donate thousands in funds and materials to repair the hall's ornamentation. With seven treasures inlaid and vermillion powder applied, its magnificence creates the feeling of having reached the nine grades of the Pure Land. ○Main Buddha (Three Buddha Trinity) Sub-temples (There are four buildings: Chōseiin, Kenjōin, Shinnyoin, and Raigōin)
Naraishi Tenjin Shrine (Located in the same village, now called Hachiman. This is what appears in the provincial records as "Junior Second Rank Naraishi Tenjin") Subsidiary shrines (There are several shrines including Wakamiya, Kumano, Kasuga, and Inari) Festival days (June 15th, August 1st and 15th)
Hazukayama Muryōjuji Temple (Located in the same village, a branch temple directly under Higashi Honganji) This temple was originally of the Tendai sect, but during the time of priest Ryōzen it was converted to the present sect, making him the restorer-founder. Ryōzen was originally from Ōkōchi
