安楽寺本尊に魚を供養する図
『本国帳集説』によると、毎年正月三日に村民が当寺の阿弥陀仏に魚肉を捧げてこれを祭り、そして後に食事をする慣習がある。これは日間賀神社が中世に荒廃し、本地仏の像を当寺に移したことによる民俗習慣であろうか。すべてこの島の婦人は子を産んで百十日にあたる日に、必ずこの本尊に参詣することになっている。

According to the "Honkokuchō Shūsetsu" (Collected Explanations of the Provincial Register), every year on the third day of the first month, the villagers offer fish and meat to the Amida Buddha of this temple and hold a festival, followed by a communal meal. This custom likely originated when Himaka Shrine fell into decline during the medieval period and the honji-butsu (Buddhist manifestation of the Shinto deity) was moved to this temple. It is the custom for all women of this island to make a pilgrimage to this principal image on the 110th day after giving birth.
