乳宝山報恩寺《割書：南奥田村にあり曹洞宗常滑天沢院末当寺は乳宝貞哺｜禅尼の創建なるよしいへり貞哺は鎌田政清の乳母にして》
《割書：石碑今も当寺に存せり東鑑に野間報恩寺と見えたれども今寺伝を失ひて伝は｜らずもと真言宗なりしが永正十二年雲開といへる僧今の宗に改めしとぞ》
金王丸 轡洗（くつわあらい）池《割書：北奥田村の往来の傍にありしかれども今大かたは畑となして僅（わづか）に｜壱間四面程其面影を残せりかゝる小池なるが【濁点の位置ずれ】当今若これをみだ》
