新宮の春のはしめそ目かゝやくあけのわたとの朱の玉垣 徤男

門真の神殿の修営を発する次第、琢磨の功既に成り、白象が軒に列なって装気色をなし、翠簾が鏡を扁して鮮明を仰ぐ。夕べに及んで灯は玉垣の畔に烜き、旦を追って龍は井水の声に歕く。清潔に心を洗って前に稽拝し、安全を世に祈って精誠を致す。道昌にして畏感する。八雲の詠、笛に伝えて普く知られ、一曲の名を遥かに見る。境中の林木の聳えることを、遠来の詣客は程に迷わず》

As evening comes, lanterns illuminate the area beside the jeweled fence, and as dawn approaches, dragons breathe in the sound of well water. Purifying the heart with cleanliness, bowing in worship before the shrine, praying for the world's peace and offering sincere devotion. The Way flourishes and inspires awe. The poetry of Yakumo, transmitted through flute music and widely known, the fame of this single melody seen from afar. Pilgrims coming from distant places do not lose their way to the soaring forest trees within the sacred precincts}}

Ten ri from Chōyō, south of the great river, one sees from afar vermillion towers reflecting on the blue depths. The hundred-jō long bridge crosses from the north, and the sacred site of a thousand autumns is explored toward the west. The temple appearance of Gozu - who knows what guardian protects it? The immortal on crane's back cannot easily be spoken of. I can only say that divine power drives away evil spirits, and there are ritual celebrations of former kings - who could memorize them all?}}
