神主 吉見（よしみ）氏 はじめ京都の人にして岡崎左近菅原 直勝（なほかつ）
といひしが 勅（ちよく）によりて 東照宮の祠官（しくわん）となり姓名を
改めて吉見宮内太輔 幸（ゆき）勝と号（ごう）し正五位下に叙し代々

なりし故他に遷（うつ）されむとの議定（ぎぢやう）ありしかど神 慮（りよ）はかり
がたかりければ 神君の思召にて神前にて御鬮（みくじ）をとりしに
現代語訳
井郡野田村の医王山密蔵院を兼帯し、上乗院と名乗った。その後代々僧正に任じられ、尊寿院を通称とする。
神主 吉見氏 はじめ京都の人で岡崎左近菅原直勝といったが、勅命によって東照宮の祠官となり、姓名を改めて吉見宮内太輔幸勝と号し、正五位下に叙せられ、代々神主職を務めている。

亀尾天王社《割書：御宮の東隣に鎮座》 醍醐天皇の延喜十一年三月十六日、勅命によってこの地に鎮座したと当社の縁起に記されている。天文元年三月十一日の那古野合戦の兵火で焼失したが、同八年に再び造立した。慶長十五年の御城御営築の時、御郭内に入ることになったため他所に遷そうという議論があったが、神意は計り難いので、神君（徳川家康）の思し召しで神前で御神籤を取ったところ
