一、鳳翔院様の御家督の節、江戸表へ罷り登り、御黒書院において公方様へ御目見を仰せ付けられ、御太刀・銀馬代・時服を献上仕ったこと

一、同年7月、御暇を下し置かれ会津へ召し返された節、御羽織一つ・御帷子二つ・御単物を下し置かれたこと
