　僊渓院様御婚礼相済候為御祝儀従
　御同人様御小袖壱被下置候事
一同年四月於江戸北原采女跡役御家
　老之司被　仰付之旨　御直に被
　仰出与力料千五百石御附被成下都合
　五千五百石高被成下置候
　　但唯今迄采女に御預ヶ被置候与力拾
　　騎并足軽とも御附被成候且与力之内
　　壱人は采女手前へ差置候に付願之上
　　久年召仕候清水久右衛門と申者与

現代語訳

一、僊渓院様の御婚礼が相済み候につき御祝儀のため、御同人様より御小袖一つを下し置かれたこと

一、同年4月、江戸において北原采女の跡役として御家老の司を仰せ付けられた旨を御直に仰せ出され、与力料千五百石を御附け成され下し、都合五千五百石高を成し下し置かれた
　ただし、今まで采女に御預け置かれた与力十騎並びに足軽ともを御附け成された。かつ与力の内一人は采女の手前へ差し置かれていたことに付き、願いの上で久年召し使った清水久右衛門と申す者を与力の内へ入れ置いたこと

一、同年5月、穿鑿御仕置方の儀について、遠慮なく申し付けるべき旨を仰せ出されたこと

一、同年6月、児鷂一居を下し置かれたこと
