徳翁様初而 御光駕被遊御先使を以
銀子三十枚被下置候

現代語訳
一 正徳五年八月、徳翁様が初めて御光駕（お成り）をされた際、御先使を以て銀子三十枚を下賜された。
但し、この後十一度御光駕をされ、その度毎に御樽代千疋、御肴二尾ずつを下賜された。右の外、玉麟院様にも二度お入りになられた。
一 同年十月、江戸において乗輿を免許された。
一 享保四年亥年十月、精励して相勤め、禄高も役儀に不相応であり内証迷惑をかけると思し召され、御加増三百石を下賜され、保養いたし相勤めるよう申し渡された。
一 享保十六年亥年九月、願いの通り隠居を命じられた。
一 寛保三年亥年九月二十六日、七十九歳にて病死。法名は泰久院殿家山玄督居士。葬所は同上。

1. In the 8th month of Shōtoku 5, when Lord Tokuō first made his ceremonial visit (gokōga), thirty silver pieces were granted through an advance messenger.
Note: After this, he made eleven more ceremonial visits, and each time one thousand mon for sake and two fish were granted. In addition to this, Lady Gyokurin-in also visited twice.
1. In the 10th month of the same year, he was granted permission to use a palanquin in Edo.
1. In the 10th month of Kyōhō 4, year of the Boar, recognizing his diligent service and that his stipend was inadequate for his duties, causing personal hardship, he was granted an increase of 300 koku and instructed to maintain his health while continuing his service.
1. In the 9th month of Kyōhō 16, year of the Boar, he was granted retirement as requested.
1. On the 26th day of the 9th month of Kanpō 3, year of the Boar, he died of illness at the age of 79. His posthumous Buddhist name was Taikyū-in-den Kazan Gentoku Koji. His burial place is the same as above.
