現代語訳
一 同十二年未年三月 小番頭を仰せ付けられた。
一 同十六年亥年三月 家督として御知行千三百石を相違なく下賜され、今まで通り相勤めるよう仰せ出された。
一 同十八年丑年五月 御前において御供番頭を仰せ付けられた。
一 同十八年丑年正月 番頭を仰せ付けられ、纏馬印を御免許された。
一 寛延二年巳年四月 御在着の御使者を仰せ付けられ、江戸表へ上り、公方様に御目見えを仰せ付けられ、紗綾二巻を拝領し、下向した。
一 同四年末年六月 若年寄を仰せ付けられ、御用の書に加判を仕るべく、かつ江戸表へ召され直接仰せ付けられるはずであったが、当時御長屋がないため召されなかった。蟹馬印と会津での乗物は今まで通り御免許される旨が仰せ出された。

1. In the 4th month of Kan'en 2, year of the Snake, he was appointed as a messenger for the lord's arrival in residence, traveled to Edo, was granted an audience with the Shogun, received two rolls of silk gauze (shaya) as a gift, and returned.
1. In the 6th month of the same 4th year, year of the Horse, he was appointed as wakadoshiyori (junior councilor) and was to add his seal to official documents. He was also to be summoned to Edo and receive direct orders, but was not summoned because there were no official residences available at the time. It was announced that he would continue to be permitted to use the crab battle standard and palanquin transportation in Aizu as before.
