御使相勤松平加賀守様ゟ銀子三拾枚
縮緬五巻被下置候事
一同年十一月御家老職被 仰付江戸表へ
被為 召可被 仰付候得とも罷下間も無
之其上御長屋無之候間不被為召候且為持
指物御免被成仲ヶ間並同心料被下置之
旨被 仰出候事
一同年十二月上御屋敷新建御普請惣
司被 仰付当十月迄詰越壱人に而
致辛労大造成御普請宜成就いたし
候に付御羽織壱御小袖壱重被下之置之旨
被 仰出候事
一同二寅年十月 病気に罷在候に付
御尋被成下御肴壱種被下置候
但此前後ともに病体度々 御懇
之 御尋被成下候事
一同年十二月病気に付辞職之願申
上候処願之趣無余儀候得とも年若之
儀御免被成間敷候得は致保養相勤候様

現代語訳
御使いを相勤め、松平加賀守様より銀子三十枚、縮緬五巻を下し置かれた件。
一、同年十一月、御家老職を仰せ付けられ、江戸表へ召されるべく仰せ付けられるはずであったが、下って間もないことに加え、その上御長屋もないため召されず、かつ持指物を御免になり、仲ヶ間並びに同心料を下し置かれる旨仰せ出された件。
一、同年十二月、上御屋敷新建の御普請総司を仰せ付けられ、当年十月まで詰越一人で辛労し、大造成の御普請を良く成就したことにより、御羽織一つ、御小袖一重を下し置かれる旨仰せ出された件。
一、同二年寅年十月、病気に罹っていることにより、御尋ねを成され御肴一種を下し置かれた。
ただし、この前後ともに病体について度々懇ろな御尋ねを成し下された件。
一、同年十二月、病気により辞職の願いを申し上げたところ、願いの趣旨はもっともであるが、年若のことなので御免にはならず、保養に努めて相勤めるよう仰せ出された件。

He served as an envoy and received thirty pieces of silver and five rolls of silk crepe from Lord Matsudaira Kaga-no-kami.
1. In the 11th month of the same year, he was appointed to the position of chief retainer (karo). Although he was supposed to be summoned to Edo, since he had only recently returned and moreover there was no official residence available for him, he was not summoned. He was granted permission for ceremonial equipment and given an allowance equivalent to intermediate rank retainers.
1. In the 12th month of the same year, having been appointed as general superintendent of the new construction of the Upper Residence, he worked diligently alone through extended duty until the 10th month of that year, successfully completing the major construction project. In recognition of this, he was granted one haori jacket and one kosode robe.
1. In the 10th month of the 2nd year, year of the Tiger, due to illness, his lord made kind inquiries about his health and granted him one type of delicacy.
Note: Both before and after this time, his lord frequently made caring inquiries about his health condition.
1. In the 12th month of the same year, when he submitted a request for resignation due to illness, although the reason for his request was understandable, he was told that since he was still young, his resignation would not be accepted, and he was ordered to focus on recovery while continuing his duties.
