一、同四年辰年五月、病体について御尋ねを成し下された。
ただし、この後も病体について御尋ねを成し下された件。
一、同年八月、病気により相勤めることが困難で止むを得ない事情により、辞職の願いを再度申し上げたところ、願いの趣旨はもっともであることをお聞き届けいただき、当職を御免になり、席は御家老の次、若年寄の上に仰せ付けられた。かつ年若のことでもあるので、この上はよく保養に努めるよう思し召される旨仰せ出された件。
一、同五年巳年十月、諏訪忠次郎が下向の節、宣明院様より病体について御尋ねを成し下された件。
一、同年十二月、御家老への帰職を仰せ付けられ、元の立場を仰せ付けられる旨仰せ出された件。
一、同七年未年四月、三郎兵衛と改名したい旨の願いをお任せ願った件。
一、同年五月、当御下向のため御迎えに罷り登ったところ、ここ元での御用を滞りなく相勤めたことにより御羽織一つを下し置かれた件。
