一同二戌年三月数年精出相勤掛
之御用向重廉と別而宜計追々相
居四年以来都而取行之儀最初ゟ
心を尽申談も行届功作格別に付三
百石御加増被下置之旨被 仰出候
但御物成之儀は永被扣置御内証方
御聞キ御座候節に至り御渡被下置度旨
願申上候処申出候趣も於職分無余儀
被 思召物成之儀御扣被成追而御渡
可被下置旨被 仰出候事

現代語訳
御勝手方講所並びに諸稽古御用掛を仰せ付けられた件。
一、寛政元年酉年六月、病気で罷り在った際、病体について御尋ねを成し下された件。
一、同二年戌年三月、数年間精出して相勤めた掛かりの御用向きが重廉であり、とりわけ宜しく計らい追々相居ること四年以来、すべて取り行った儀は最初から心を尽くし申し談じたことも行き届き、功作が格別であることにより、三百石御加増を下し置かれる旨仰せ出された件。
ただし御物成の儀は永く控え置かれ、御内証方でお聞きになられる節に至り御渡し下し置かれたい旨願い申し上げたところ、申し出た趣旨も職分において止むを得ないと思し召され、物成の儀は御控えを成され、追って御渡し下し置かれる旨仰せ出された件。
一、同三年亥年四月、去る三月中に下し置かれた御加増三百石の御物成を当年より御渡し下し置かれる旨仰せ出された件。
一、同四年子年閏二月、恭定様が御光駕を遊ばされ、御先使をもって御樽代千疋、御肴一種を下し置かれた件。

He was appointed to positions overseeing the domain's financial affairs, lecture halls, and various training activities.
1. In the 6th month of the 1st year of Kansei, year of the Rooster, when he was ill and absent, his lord made kind inquiries about his health condition.
1. In the 3rd month of the 2nd year of Kansei, year of the Dog, having diligently served for several years in his assigned duties which were of great importance, and having handled matters particularly well over the past four years since taking up his position, with all his conduct being thorough from the beginning and his consultations being well-executed, his achievements were deemed exceptional. Therefore, he was granted an increase of 300 koku in stipend. However, regarding the rice allowance (butsujo), it would be withheld for the time being, and when he submitted a request that it be paid when the domain's private finances permitted, his request was deemed unavoidable given his position, and it was announced that the rice allowance would be withheld for now but would be paid at a later time.
1. In the 4th month of the 3rd year of Kansei, year of the Boar, it was announced that the rice allowance for the 300 koku increase granted in the previous March would be paid starting from this year.
1. In the intercalary 2nd month of the 4th year of Kansei, year of the Rat, Lord Kyotei honored him with a visit, sending in advance 1,000 hiki as sake money and one type of delicacy.
