現代語訳
良徳院様の御目見御用につき、あれこれと繁多のところ、よく指図に及んだことにより、御羽織一つ、御小袖一つを下し置かれた件。
一、同十一未年正月、去年中の勤番の節、大河端御屋敷新築御普請の件で、あれこれと辛労し、よく成就したことにより、継御上下一具を下し置かれた件。
一、同年三月、去る九月から当二月まで引き続き月番を相勤め、別して辛労したことにより、継御上下一具を下し置かれた件。
一、同年六月、貞昭様が御光駕なされ、御樽一荷《割書：白木御樽江戸御酒養老海》、御肴《割書：浜焼鯛五十》を下し置かれた件。
一、同年九月、貞昭様が御立寄りなされた件。
一、同十二申年四月、日光山において大猷院様百五十回御忌の御法事があり、火之番を仰せ蒙ることになったため、右の御用を仰せ付けられ、同月四日江戸表を出発し、かの地へ赴き相勤め、同月二十五日に会津へ下着した。

Regarding the audience duties for Ryōtoku-in-sama, due to handling various busy matters well and providing proper guidance, one haori jacket and one kosode garment were bestowed.
1. In the first month of the eleventh year (Year of the Sheep), regarding the guard duty from the previous year, due to working hard on various matters concerning the new construction of the Ōkawabata mansion and achieving successful completion, one set of formal court dress (tsugi kamishimo) was bestowed.
1. In the third month of the same year, due to continuously serving monthly duty from the previous September through February and working particularly hard, one set of formal court dress was bestowed.
1. In the sixth month of the same year, Sadaaki-sama honored [us] with his visit, and one load of sake barrels (white wooden barrels containing Edo sake "Yōrōkai") and delicacies (fifty grilled sea bream from the beach) were bestowed.
1. In the ninth month of the same year, Sadaaki-sama stopped by for a visit.
1. In the fourth month of the twelfth year (Year of the Monkey), there was a memorial service for the 150th anniversary of Daiyū-in-sama at Nikkō-san, and being ordered to serve fire watch duty, the said duties were assigned. On the fourth day of the same month, [he] departed from Edo, traveled to that place to serve, and returned to Aizu on the twenty-fifth day of the same month.
