現代語訳
一、同年四月、貞昭様が御下向の際の御供で罷り下った節、御同人様から定例の拝領物の外に、輿助二掛・八丈織二端を思し召しをもって下し置かれた件。
一、同年五月、思し召しをもって五重物御硯箱を下し置かれた件。
一、同月、貞昭様が御立ち寄りになり、御内々にて島縮一反・晒一反を下し置かれた件。
一、同年六月、貞昭様が御立ち寄りになり、御内々で御菓子一組をお持ちになって下し置かれた件。
一、同年七月、病気で罷在していることにより、貞昭様から見祢山御社御神前・鳳翔院様御霊前において二夜三日の御祈祷執行を仰せ付けられ、御守札並びに病用として御膳・鰹節十を下し置かれた件。

1. In the fourth month of the same year, when he accompanied Sadaaki-sama on his journey down [to the domain], in addition to the customary bestowed items from His Lordship, he was graciously given two sets of palanquin assistance fees and two bolts of Hachijō silk.
1. In the fifth month of the same year, he was graciously bestowed a five-tiered inkstone box.
1. In the same month, Sadaaki-sama paid a visit and privately bestowed one bolt of Shima crepe and one bolt of bleached cotton.
