相勤当職に付而は老とも并若年
寄とも用向ともに悉皆司評議相究
勤労は勿論之義先職通月番并
掛御用とも相勤々番も繁々罷登且
臨時之用向ともに数年誠精相尽
宜及指図候に付役料之内三百石加
増直為取候事
一同日職柄と申 御先代ゟ抜群勤
功も有之候に付相応之御賞も可有之
候得共左候而は御逼迫之御時節於一己
不相安却而迷惑に可存候御役料之内
三百石御加増被成下候儀に候条辞退等之

現代語訳
相勤める当職につきましては、老中とも並びに若年寄とも、用向きともに悉皆諮り評議を決め、勤労は勿論のこと、先職通り月番並びに掛御用とも相勤め、勤番も頻繁に参上し、かつ臨時の用向きともに数年誠精を尽くし、よく指図に及んだことにつき、役料のうち三百石加増を直に取らせる事。
一、同日、職柄と申し、御先代より抜群の勤功もこれ有り候につき、相応の御賞もこれ有るべく候えども、左様であっては御逼迫の御時節において一己が安んじ得ず、却って迷惑に存ずべく候。御役料のうち三百石御加増を成し下され候儀に候条、辞退等の儀も無きよう思し召し候旨を仰せ出され、御次において申し渡された。
但し、右御加増の儀、
殿様が御成長遊ばされ、御政事向きを専ら御取り計らい成され候まで、御控え下し置かれたく段、御詫び申し上げ候えば、願いの趣、職分において余儀無く思し召し候えども、

Regarding the current position he serves in, he consults and decides on all matters through deliberation with the rōjū (senior councillors) and wakadoshiyori (junior councillors) regarding all affairs. Not only does he fulfill his duties diligently, but he also serves in monthly rotations and special assignments as in his previous position, frequently appears for duty service, and has devoted sincere efforts to various urgent matters for several years, providing excellent guidance. For this reason, 300 koku is to be added directly to his stipend.
