不詳候信彦霊社墓前之燈籠二基
に溝口氏寄進と在之候且右以前妻
女有之候由申伝候得とも其実不詳
一寛文十二子年六月三郎兵衛義御取
立数年被 召仕候所跡式絶候儀不便
被 思召後室江三十人扶持被下置
之旨被 仰出候事
遠祖は不詳候得共祖父は田中治部右衛門
玄儀と申生国は勢州に而後甲州に来り
武田信玄に仕天正乙亥五月九日四郎勝頼
に従於参州長篠役戦死仕候法名
葬所ともに凡而不詳候玄儀に男女
子二人在之女は甲陽之臣高坂弾正
正昌信に嫁次は清右衛門玄重に在之

候後年豊臣家江奉仕致佐州金
山之事を掌り其後寛永十癸酉
年八月廿二日於甲州享年六十一歳
に而身を終候儒道を以葬祭致し謚

現代語訳
詳細は不明であるが、信彦霊社の墓前の燈籠二基
に溝口氏寄進とあり、また右(三郎兵衛)には以前妻
女がいたと言い伝えられているが、その実情は不詳
一 寛文12年子年6月、三郎兵衛を御取
立て数年お召し仕えさせていたところ、跡式が絶えることを不憫に
思し召され、後室に30人扶持を下し置く
旨を仰せ出された事
遠祖は不詳であるが、祖父は田中治部右衛門
玄儀と申し、生国は勢州(伊勢国)で後に甲州に来て
武田信玄に仕え、天正乙亥5月9日、四郎勝頼
に従い参州長篠の役で戦死した。法名・
葬所ともにすべて不詳である。玄儀には男女
子2人がおり、女は甲陽の臣高坂弾正
正昌信に嫁ぎ、次は清右衛門玄重である。
《母氏は不詳》天正元癸酉年に甲州で誕生し
た。後年豊臣家に奉仕して佐州金
山の事を掌り、その後寛永10癸酉
年8月22日に甲州で享年61歳
で身を終えた。儒道をもって葬祭を行い、謚
号は松庵処士、葬所は不詳である。妻は野本氏の

The details are unclear, but at the grave site of Nobuhiko Reisha, two stone lanterns
bear inscriptions indicating donations by the Mizoguchi clan. Also, it is said that the aforementioned (Saburōbee) had a previous wife,
but the facts are unclear.
One In the 6th month of Kanbun 12, year of the Rat, Saburōbee was given
official position and served for several years. When his family line was about to end, [the lord] felt pity
and graciously ordered that his widow be given a stipend of 30 men
The distant ancestors are unknown, but the grandfather was Tanaka Jibuzaemon
Gengi. His birth province was Seshū (Ise Province), and he later came to Kōshū where he
served Takeda Shingen. On the 9th day of the 5th month of Tenshō year of the Boar, following Shirō Katsuyori,
he died in battle at the Battle of Nagakusa in Sanshū Province. Both his Buddhist posthumous name and
burial site are entirely unknown. Gengi had two children, male and female.
The daughter married Kōsaka Danjō
Masanobu, a retainer of Kōyō, and the next was Seiemon Genjū.
《Mother's clan unknown》 Born in Kōshū in the first year of Tenshō, year of the Water Rooster.
In later years he served the Toyotomi family and managed
the gold mines of Sado Province. Thereafter, on the 22nd day of the 8th month of Kan'ei 10, year of the Water Rooster,
he died in Kōshū at the age of 61.
His funeral was conducted according to Confucian rites, with the posthumous title
Shōan Koji. His burial site is unknown. His wife was from the Nomoto clan
