寿鳳院様がお聞き召しになり、味噌漬け鰹節一桶を奉札を以てお下し置かれ候事
一、同月、奥番奉行にて鮒五枚、男山酒二升をお下し置かれ候事
一、同月、病気療養のため殿様より老女が奉文を以て岩菜十五、白玉粉一箱をお下し置かれ候事
一、同年七月、病気が快方に向かいましたので、諏訪宮・蚕養宮・文明寺において二夜三日の御祈祷をお仰せつけになり、諏訪宮へ御名代として御用人が拝礼を相勤めるようお仰せつけになりましたので、神戸三右衛門が相勤め、御守札をお下し置かれ、お添えとして浜鯛二十をお置かれ候事
一、同月、病気の段について蓮受院様がお聞きになり、玉子二百をお下し置かれ候事

Lady Juhōin heard of his condition and bestowed one bucket of miso-pickled bonito with a ceremonial card.
1. In the same month, through the inner guard magistrate, five crucian carp and two shō of Otokoyama sake were bestowed.
1. In the same month, for his illness treatment, from his lordship through an elderly lady attendant with a formal letter, fifteen iwana (char) and one box of white rice flour were bestowed.
1. In the seventh month of the same year, as his illness was improving, two nights and three days of prayers were ordered at Suwa Shrine, Koyō Shrine, and Bunmei Temple. For Suwa Shrine, it was ordered that a retainer should perform worship as the lord's representative, so Kanbe San'emon performed this duty. Protective amulets were bestowed, and twenty sea bream were additionally provided.
