殿様より病気のお見舞いとして、老女が文書を奉じ、塩鮭一本、氷砂糖一箱をお下し置かれ候事
一、同月、病気の薬用として朝鮮人参一両、鰹節七本をお下し置かれ候事
一、同月七日、六十一歳にて病死。神道にて葬儀を行い、霊号は忠翁霊社、祭主は大竹喜三郎政文、葬所は大窪山
ただし病死の翌日、御使番の使者を以て御香典として銀十枚をお下し置かれ
欽文様、寿鳳院様からも御精進還しをお遊ばされ、寿鳳院様より御香典として銀子三枚、蓮受院様より同じく銀子一枚をお下し置かれ候事

英語訳
From his lordship, as an inquiry about his illness, through an elderly court lady bearing a document, one salted salmon and one box of rock sugar were bestowed.
1. In the same month, for medicinal use for his illness, one ryō of Korean ginseng and seven dried bonito were bestowed.
1. On the seventh day of the same month, he died of illness at the age of sixty-one. A Shinto funeral was conducted, with the spirit name Chūō Reisha, officiated by priest Ōtake Kisaburō Masafumi, and buried at Mount Ōkubo.
Note: On the day following his death from illness, through a messenger from the envoy office, ten pieces of silver were bestowed as funeral offering money.
Lord Kinbun and Lady Juhōin also performed memorial services, with Lady Juhōin bestowing three pieces of silver as funeral offering, and Lady Renujuin bestowing one piece of silver.
