現代語訳
一、同月、初めてお目見えを仰せ付けられた事
一、文政元年寅年正月、御前において御側の列に仰せ付けられ、御知行三百石を下し置かれ、御次で物馴れのため御側の御番・御名代月番等の勤めを仰せ付けられる旨が仰せ出された事
一、同年七月、物馴れのため御奏者番の勤めを仰せ付けられ、当秋勤番として差し登らされ、御用の透いた節には御使も相勤め見習うよう仰せ付けられた事
一、同月、この度御奏者番にて差し登られるにつき、御道中は元小番頭の形をもって御供を仰せ付けられ、かつ御奏者番登りが無い時には御取次も兼ね、御徒並びに御持筒の者を仮支配するよう仰せ付けられた事
一、同二年卯年四月、御前において御供番頭を仰せ付けられた事
一、同四年巳年六月、家督として御知行千八百石を相違なく下し置かれ、今まで通り御供番頭

1. In the same month, he was granted his first formal audience (omemie).
1. In the 1st month of Bunpō 1 (1818), he was appointed to the ranks of御側 (goshoku - personal attendants) in the lord's presence, granted a stipend of 300 koku, and was assigned duties including goshoku guard duty and monthly representative duties as training for his position at the御次 (tsugi - antechamber).

In the 7th month of the same year, he was appointed to the position of御奏者番 (gōsōja-ban - court liaison officer) for training purposes, ordered to go up to Edo for guard duty that autumn, and instructed to also serve as a messenger during free time from official duties as part of his apprenticeship.

In the same month, since he was to go up to Edo as御奏者番, he was appointed to accompany the lord during travel in the capacity of a former ko-ban-gashira (minor guard captain), and when not performing御奏者番 duties, he was also assigned to serve as an intermediary and temporarily supervise the foot soldiers and gunners.
1. In the 4th month of Bunpō 2 (1819), he was appointed as御供番頭 (otomo-ban-gashira - head of the lord's escort) in the lord's presence.
1. In the 6th month of Bunpō 4 (1821), he inherited the family headship with a stipend of 1,800 koku granted without change, continuing as御供番頭 as before.
