現代語訳
子年、右の二郎右衛門の妻並びに弟喜六は
9歳の時に会津へ参ったため、両人共に
加兵衛玄忠の養妹・養弟として差し置いた
ところ、寛文6年丙午年に命により井上庄
太夫安季の継嗣となった《割書：右の喜六は延宝3年卯年6月20
4日に24歳で病死、法名は心岳院紹見信士、導師は安吉山実相寺、葬所は萬松山天寧寺》
一、寛永4年卯年《割書：月は不詳》信州高遠において
土津様が御部屋住の時、15歳で召し
出され、追って御家老職を仰せ付けられ、
御諱の字を下し置かれたこと
一、同13年子年8月、羽州最上への御所替
の節にお供し、御知行千五百石まで下し賜った

一、同20年未年8月、会津への御所替の
節にお供し、五百石の御加増を下し置かれた

In the year of the Rat, the aforementioned wife of Jirōemon and her younger brother Kiroku
came to Aizu when he was 9 years old, so both were
placed as adopted sister and adopted brother of Kahee Gentada.
Later, in Kanbun 6, year of the Fire Horse, by order he became the heir of Inoue Shō
dayū Yasusue《marginal note: The aforementioned Kiroku died of illness on the 24th day of the 6th month of Enpō 3, year of the Rabbit, at age 24. His Buddhist name was Shingakuin Jōken Shinji, the conducting priest was from Ankichiyama Jissōji Temple, and his burial place was Banshōzan Tenneiji Temple》

when Lord Dotsū was heir apparent, he was summoned
at age 15, and later appointed to the position of chief retainer,
and was granted a character from His Lordship's personal name

he served in attendance and was granted a stipend of up to 1,500 koku
