一 同五辰年七月本務之外数役
無懈怠精出相勤御入方省をも
心を附宜取計候ニ付席武役
所吟味役窪田伴右衛門次ニ被成下候

割任役被 仰付候事
一 同年十月三田御屋敷諸木植立
并御菜園向共掛り勤被
仰付依之右御用ハ御用人得差

現代語訳
一 同五辰年七月、本務の外数役を懈怠無く精出して相勤め、御入方の省察をも心を付けよく取り計らったにつき、席順は武役所吟味役窪田伴右衛門次に成し下された。
一 同六巳年九月、三田御屋敷人割任役を仰せ付けられた。
一 同年十月、三田御屋敷諸木植立て并びに御菜園向け共に掛かり勤めを仰せ付けられた。これにより右御用は御用人の差配を得る様に仰せ付けられた。
一 同月、常詰御普請方吟味役人書物請払兼務を仰せ付けられ、御役料三石一人扶持を只今まで通り下し置かれた。
但し、右につき芝御屋敷へ引く様に仰せ付けられた。
一 同年十一月、御兵器兼務を仰せ付けられた。
英語訳
One: In the 7th month of Bunka 5, Year of the Dragon (1808), for his diligent service in multiple roles beyond his main duties without negligence, and for his careful attention and good management of financial oversight matters, his seat order was placed next to Kubota Banuemon, inspector of the military office.
One: In the 9th month of Bunka 6, Year of the Snake (1809), he was appointed to the position of personnel allocation officer at the Mita residence.
One: In the 10th month of the same year, he was appointed to oversee the planting of various trees at the Mita residence as well as matters related to the vegetable gardens. Accordingly, for these duties, he was ordered to receive instructions from the estate administrator.
One: In the same month, he was appointed to concurrently serve as inspector for construction department records and disbursements while maintaining his regular duties, with his official stipend of 3 koku and provisions for one person continued as before.
However, in relation to this appointment, he was ordered to relocate to the Shiba residence.
One: In the 11th month of the same year, he was appointed to concurrently oversee military equipment.
