御近習番之上へ被成下先々務以来数年精出相勤候ニ付
御役料只今迄之通被下置同所御省略任役被 仰付候事
一 同四巳年六月女中へ附添罷下り道中心を付相勤候ニ付
為御褒美銀子壱枚被下置候事
現代語訳
御家老備の内、御兵器方吟味役勤めの廉（かど）を仰せ付けられた。
一 同年九月、右両廉の勤めに及ばない旨を仰せ出された。
但し、右両廉について伺いの上、御馬廻備の内御兵器方勤めを仰せ付けられた。
一 同年七月、常詰御普請方吟味役を仰せ付けられ、御兵器方吟味役兼務に成り替えられた。年来精出して相勤めたにつき、格別の訳をもって御近習二の寄合席を成し下され、糺方御用はこれまでの通り相勤めるべき旨を仰せ付けられた。
一 同十五寅年八月、蓮受院様御用役仮役を仰せ付けられた。
一 文政元寅年四月、西田昌意の息子兵庫を聟養子にしたい旨を願い任せられた。【朱書き】
一 文政二卯年二月、蓮受院様常詰御用役を仰せ付けられ、席は浦野原佐久頭御近習番の上へ成し下された。先々の務め以来数年精出して相勤めたにつき、御役料は只今までの通り下し置かれ、同所御省略任役を仰せ付けられた。
一 同四巳年六月、女中へ附き添い罷り下り、道中心を付けて相勤めたにつき、御褒美として銀子一枚を下し置かれた。
英語訳
He was appointed to serve as inspector in the military equipment section within the senior retainer formation.
One: In the 9th month of the same year, he was informed that service in both of these positions was not required.
However, after inquiry regarding these two positions, he was appointed to serve in the military equipment section within the horse guard formation.
One: In the 7th month of the same year, he was appointed as inspector of the regular construction section, replacing his concurrent service as military equipment inspector. Due to his diligent service over many years, he was specially granted a seat in the second-rank attendant council, and was instructed to continue his investigation duties as before.
One: In the 8th month of Bunka 15, Year of the Tiger (1818), he was appointed as temporary service officer for Lady Renjuin.
One: In the 4th month of Bunsei 1, Year of the Tiger (1818), his request to adopt Hyōgo, son of Nishida Masaoki, as son-in-law and heir was granted. [Written in red ink]
One: In the 2nd month of Bunsei 2, Year of the Rabbit (1819), he was appointed as regular service officer for Lady Renjuin, with his seat placed above Urano Hara Sakutō of the personal attendant guard. Due to his diligent service over several years since his previous duties, his official salary was maintained as before, and he was appointed to the local administrative reduction service.
One: In the 6th month of Bunsei 4, Year of the Snake (1821), for his careful service accompanying female attendants on their journey down to the domain, he was awarded one piece of silver as a reward.
