His stipend was reduced by eight koku and two-person rice allowance, he was summoned as assistant physician, and appointed to both gairyo (external medicine) and hondo (internal medicine) departments.

- Enkyo 1, Kinoe-ne year (1744) (month unclear): When Lady Jushin-in had a breast tumor, he provided medical treatment and was commended for his excellent service
- Kan'en 3, Tsuchinoe-uma year (1750), eleventh month: When Lord Kyotei succeeded as head of the family, he was granted 300 pieces of gold as celebration money
